Hello there! 😊 For those who don’t know me, I’m Olga Uryvaeva, founder of GulliverSoft, a passionate ambassador of Gulliver CRM, founder and director of the Gulliver Children’s Club in Minsk, and founder of the "Music Academy" music school. I understand better than anyone how challenging it is to effectively manage educational projects. 📚


This article has a bold title, and for good reason! 🌟 Our team completely reimagined the products available on the market and created something entirely new and different. You’ll, of course, recognize familiar terms, but the forms, content, and meanings are entirely distinct. Our approach is radically different from what’s out there. A different way of thinking means a different tool—unlike anything you’re probably used to working with. This applies to everything: interfaces, user experience, application speed, server architecture, and design. We’ve introduced mechanics that simply don’t exist elsewhere: dynamic lists, an image cloud, and a corporate wiki. As the founder, I’m not just proud—I enjoy using this product every single day! 😊❤️

The story of creating a CRM system for children’s centers began over 12 years ago (as of 2024). That’s a long time, and back then, there was NOTHING on the market; the first prototypes only appeared years later. I tried everything: pen and paper, Google Sheets, 1C, every system that emerged—Russian, Ukrainian, Western. But the administrative core of my companies and I couldn’t understand why everything looked and functioned like an accounting system from the ‘90s. 😩 Endless tables and fields, buttons, buttons, buttons... The logic of the creators defied common sense. These systems didn’t reflect the management logic of my companies. They stifled initiative, killed new ideas, and crushed the spirit of exploration; they brought frustration, not joy. Absolute nonsense. We saw things differently. 🤔

After eight years of suffering, I decided to invest time and money into our vision. 💰 It was an expensive endeavor, but now I see it was worth it. Years spent on planning, assembling and working with a development team, thousands of mistakes and fixes in both people and code, scrapping and rewriting entire components, evolving server architecture in the cloud and beyond—and finally, an MVP emerged at the Gulliver Children’s Club. 😅 I thought I wouldn’t live to see it! But it was an instant hit! 💣💣

The company immediately started operating differently. Transparency in delegation, clear division of responsibilities, and precise financial and attendance data transformed the mindset of our employees. And Gulliver CRM—which didn’t even have a name back then—became the most honest and responsible team member! 🌈

After that, I admit, we rewrote everything, some parts twice, doubling the development cost—but I was happy! 🎉 Most of Gulliver CRM’s history is a grueling, day-to-day grind that I can hardly even recall. There’s a saying: employees don’t remember the work—they remember the people! 👥 And I remember every single one of them: every programmer, business analyst, designer, and DevOps engineer. And I’m deeply grateful to each of them! ❤️

The product grew, we refined it, it grew further, we critiqued and improved it. And at some point, it began satisfying not just me, but other directors in my primary field—educational projects. 🎓 I never even thought about other companies; it happened organically. Like a child, it outgrew me, became smarter, and started living its own life. And as the mother who stood at its inception, I’m endlessly proud and happy! 🤗

We have our own philosophy guiding development decisions: "The Group is the Center of the System," "Adaptation and Evolution," "Simplicity," "Transparency." So many forms, pages, and buttons met their heroic demise in futile attempts to sneak into our system! 😂
