Hello! My name is Yura Perepechko, and I am the director of the CROSSiT CrossFit Sports Club. Our gym is located in Minsk, in the High-Tech Park. We offer group and individual training sessions focused on strength and endurance. These workouts primarily consist of anaerobic exercises, gymnastics (bodyweight exercises), and elements of weightlifting, mainly designed for adults.

We opened five years ago and have successfully weathered all the crises during this time, including the Covid pandemic. We managed to retain our entire team, clients, and business profitability. The CRM system we implemented played a significant role in this process.

The key difference between our training sessions and many other sports activities is that they are mostly conducted in groups, which function as a unified team. Over time, these groups become close-knit communities. Since the sessions are group-based, we need to quickly track the occupancy of each group. To manage the club effectively, it’s crucial to respond promptly to group attendance. Gulliver CRM perfectly visualizes the status of each group. It stores data not only about each individual client but also helps us understand what’s happening in the gym with each group. Our main goal is to maintain the highest possible attendance for every group, given the circumstances.

Thanks to Gulliver CRM, we know which group urgently needs more participants and which clients should be moved to a different time slot. There’s no need to wait or generate lengthy reports. The color-coded journal intuitively highlights which group requires attention. Another powerful feature of Gulliver CRM is its highly functional billing system (invoicing and client payments). Although the service industry might seem straightforward in terms of business processes, client relationships constantly present new surprises.

Sometimes people pay incorrect amounts, sometimes refunds are needed, and occasionally clients ask to transfer their payments to another client—there are countless such situations! Since individual training prices differ from group sessions, and a client may attend both, confusion can arise about which sessions they attended and how much they owe. Thanks to the app, we can systematically resolve almost any such issue. Most importantly, we can do it quickly.
