How to Add a Program 💎

The Add Button

You can add a program at any time while using the application by clicking the Add -> Program button. When adding a program, the name is a required field.

Each program can have its own color for color identification. The principle for assigning a color depends on your preference.

Program Lifecycle

We are constantly experimenting and launching new programs. Sometimes they are successful, sometimes they die out. This is normal. When you add a new program to the application, it always becomes an active program and is available for selection in various menus and searches.

If a program becomes irrelevant, you can archive it. After this, you will not be able to set a price for it, and it will not be displayed for possible selection in various menus.

Thus, a program has a very simple lifecycle: Active and Archived. Very often, companies offer different programs each summer than they do during the year. You can always retrieve archived programs from previous years and return them to an active state.

You can do this from the settings menu: Settings -> Programs -> Select the required program.

By default, active programs are shown. To select archived programs, you need to choose the corresponding filter.

Complexes 💣

Complex programs are programs that include several individual programs. You can create a system of client motivation where they can attend several programs at a lower price. For example, bowling costs 100 rubles, English costs 100 rubles, and the "English Athlete" program, which includes bowling and English, costs 150 rubles. This way, you increase the average check, and the client gets a 50 ruble discount. It should be noted that complexes can only be applied to programs with monthly payment. The system automatically tracks whether the client is attending a complex or not. If they stop attending bowling, the system will issue an invoice for English at the full price. That is, a complex program is dynamic for the client and management; as soon as their attendance conditions match those of the complex program, the complex will be displayed next to the client.

💡 Important

Complex programs can only be priced per month. And the programs included in the complex must also have prices set per month.
