Mailings 💌

Mailings play an important role in modern business and marketing, providing companies with an effective way to inform clients about their products and services.

Firstly, through mailings, companies can quickly and effectively deliver information about their promotions, new products, or special offers to clients, remind forgetful clients about events, classes, etc. Thanks to this, clients can stay informed about all current events and have the opportunity to quickly respond to offers that interest them.

With the right approach, mailings allow for continuous interaction with clients, notifying them about the status of orders, changes in services, or other important events. This helps strengthen relationships with clients and increase the level of trust in the brand.

For mailings to work fully, you need to connect an SMS service integration and/or email.

To add a mailing, you need to select several clients in the journal (list) by holding down the Ctrl key, or through the context menu -> Add Mailing.

After adding the text, you can save it as a template for the future. Or you can take text from a ready-made template. Working with templates is easy. You can add or delete them at any time.

After adding the text, you need to save the mailing. At this point, nothing has been sent to anyone yet. If you want to send immediately, after saving, you can immediately click the send button and the messages will be sent. If you want to delay, you can send it later.

To do this, go to mailings in the system settings and click the send button through the context menu. There you can also rename the mailing to whatever you like.

That's it, the messages are sent! In the client's profile, you can track the status of the SMS message (delivered or not).
