The main problem that lists solve is client segmentation 👨👩👦, which means isolating certain groups from all clients (new clients, those over 10 years old, those who attended a specific branch, etc.). The criteria you can use for segmentation depend on your imagination and goals.

Client segmentation is the division of clients into groups based on specific characteristics or criteria: their geolocation, age, needs, website actions, etc. But how do we represent segmentation in our application? We have developed our own tool and named it Lists.

I don't know about you, but we are constantly making lists. Call lists 📞, lists of participants in an event, lists for an excursion 🎄, lists for gifts 🎁. We are constantly working with lists. We need a list of clients who are not attending. Sometimes we need a list of clients who haven't paid. Considering our struggles with standardization versus customization, each list has predefined columns for branches, programs, clients, users. And at the same time, you can create any custom property. We are confident that its potential will be described in more than one article.
