MTS Telephony
Virtual PBX is a service that allows you to organize a call center with a single multi-channel number, set up a voice greeting, choose a call distribution scenario, define a common company number for incoming and outgoing calls, and make calls through mobile phones or a computer. Our system supports maximum integration with the MTS-VATS service.
This page will guide you step-by-step on how to set up integration with MTS-VATS!
1. Concluding Contracts with MTS Company
To connect (this may take some time), go to the link. You need to connect a corporate number, virtual PBX, call storage, and CRM integration. After connecting, you will be provided with access to your own account, where you need to go to settings and then click the CRM Integration button. See below.
2. Next, you need to select the card for Your CRM.
In the opened window, you need to enter the name of the CRM system GulliverCRM, enable API access, and copy the unique Key for authorization in PBX, which will need to be entered in the Gulliver CRM settings.
3. Enter this MTS API key in Gulliver CRM. In Gulliver CRM, go to system settings, section Application -> Integrations -> Add Integration. Select the provider from the list - MTS-VATS – https://vats.mts.by. Enter the API key in the PBX Key field, as well as the PBX domain, which you received when connecting with MTS.
4. Copy Your CRM Address, Key for authorization in your CRM, and click the add button. Copy Your CRM Address, Key for authorization in your CRM, and enter them in the corresponding fields of MTS-VATS Integration Management, in the field as shown in the image above.
5. Make a test call to the corporate number.
P.s. 🧩🏆
- All interactions with the service within the integration are carried out without user intervention. When making or receiving calls to phone numbers within the virtual PBX, they will automatically appear in Gulliver CRM, and you will be able to listen to them or check the status.
- Payment for Virtual PBX services is made separately under a bilateral agreement between your company and the service provider company.
- If you don't want to bother, we can help you: consult and set up.
