Journal ๐
J
The Journal is the cornerstone of our system ๐. Its creation required rethinking group accounting. For people involved in management, it is very important to receive information in a timely manner. The Journal allows you to quickly see the state of affairs in a group, which is achieved through color visualization ๐.
What information it contains:
- Information about visits (we can count the lessons attended by clients, as well as the average attendance of lessons)
- Information about the employees who conducted the lesson (we can easily calculate the workload of employees, and hourly payment for employees based on their lesson attendance is very convenient. It is fair to pay more to those who have more clients in their group. After all, groups with many clients are more difficult to manage, but you, as the owner, also get more profit from a filled group)
- Information about the clients in this group (personal, financial, etc.)
- Information about the group itself (name, program, average age of participants, average attendance, etc.)
- Access rights. Group-level access rights solve many problems of information segmentation as the company grows (not everyone should know all the information in the company). A system user (and there can be many employees and branches in the company) should only see the information they need to have.
- Visit history, the group stores all previous periods.
- It is a hub for related information (you can link comments to any entity: cells, clients, lessons, etc.)
What it allows you to do:
- Conveniently and quickly create a group;
- Conveniently and quickly enter data, changes, and modifications;
- Conveniently add, delete, and transfer clients;
- Ability to comment on everything;
- Perform all client operations without leaving the journal (payments, invoices, transfers);
- and more;
P.s. ๐งฉ๐
You can learn more about the journal in the article Group as the Center of the System.
The Journal is needed for operational group management based on information about visits, teachers, clients, etc.
